Dylan's Candy Bar Belgian Chocolate "Pizza Flavored"

Dylan's Candy Bar

I had doubts about this bar working, and just to put it out there, it didn't work at all (I know, spoilers). The thing is this bar was pretty bad, but it was also really fascinating. I imagine that the creation of this bar came about when someone thought about the latest trend in savory and sweet candy/chocolate creations. Chocolate with sea salt, hot peppers, and even basil are very popular right now. The fact that these ingredients are also commonly found in pizzas, might have you asking what could possibly go wrong?

The two things that went horribly wrong with this bar are tomatoes and garlic. These are two flavours that just don't work with chocolate, ever. This is why this bar is gross, and for no other reason. The bar is great for many reasons, fine high quality chocolate and real ingredients (not a general pizza flavouring but flavoured with real pizza spices), just to name a few. It's a great bar, except it tastes like pizza, but it's supposed to, but it's still kind of gross.

I can't really complain too much about the pizza flavour as the person at Dylan's Candy Bar who sold it to me warned me that it was "unique". I certainly can't recommend this bar to almost anybody, but I'm glad I tried it, and maybe you should too.
