I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a Halloween candy or not. I received this Peep at Disney's Not So Scary Halloween party in Florida, when we went trick or treating around the Magic Kingdom park. Just Born was a sponsor of the event and this was the only one of their products being given out. I know that both in the past and presently Just Born has made Peeps themed to Halloween, such as tombstones and cats, so I found it a bit odd that on this event they chose to just give out standard bird shaped Peeps. My only guess is that these are supposed to be some kind of green monster/zombie Peep, but I’m not totally sure.

The Peep itself was pretty standard, a marshmallow covered in sugar. The sugar while green in colour had no particular flavour. So, all you could taste was plain marshmallow, and I'll be honest, I'm not a huge fan of that. The sugar did give it a little texture, and the fact that it was small also made it easier to eat. I guess if you like marshmallows you'll probably enjoy these, and the green was a fairly cool colour.

I think with this green (maybe Halloween themed) Peep, I was just hoping for something unique, other than just the colour. Maybe it could have had a Halloween flavour, or maybe it could have been filled with some kind of goo. Instead it was a normal Peep and nothing more.
