Before I even start this review, I should mention that this pack-o-treats comes with a whole bunch of things. Not only does it contain the "candy teeth", but you also get a piece of gum and some tattoos. For the sake of the review I'm just going to focus on the teeth. I'm sure the gum is fine, and who doesn't like tattoos. The problem is that if I included all of the elements it would just confuse the both of us and that's no fun at all.
The fact that this is a set of teeth makes it instantly fun and instantly hard to eat. Sure, I got a couple of fun snapshots of the teeth in my mouth, but while I was trying to eat it my jaw didn't know what to do. As you may or may not know, I try not to crunch hard candies in an effort to really enjoy the flavour (and also time how long it takes for it to melt in your mouth. These zombie teeth were a real challenge not to crunch.
So, these teeth look cool and are a challenge to eat, but what about the flavour? It's actually not that bad. At first, it comes across with a bit of a berry flavour, maybe strawberry. After sucking on them for a while I detect a slight mint flavour as well. The more I suck the more minty it gets.
This treat is a great idea - it looks so cool. I'd be amazed if you could get through it without crunching down or breaking your jaw, but who cares, because it doesn't taste bad at all.
