In my experience, most peach flavoured gummies are the same. The big variation is in the shape, and I can only think of two shapes that they fall into, rings or lumps. The rings are pretty self explanatory, and the lumps are supposed to look like peaches, but end up looking like peaches that have kind of melted on the street. The flavour of both of these kinds of gummies is identical though, it’s that fake-ish peach flavour, covered in some kind of sweet/sour powder. Sometimes the powder is either sweeter or more sour, but in general they’re all kind of alike. These gummy peaches however, are a little bit different.

I’ve said this before about all of the gummies that Amos produce, but they really go for the whole 3D look of their treats. What I mean is that their treats have a lot more depth than other gummy treats. Rather than just having a peach shaped lump, they have a more defined peach shape. Honestly though it looks a little bit more like a peach emoji than a real peach, but I still think it looks great. The colour is also very peachy, but in a slightly cartoon way, again I think it looks great.

The flavour of these is fairly standard, but they’ve left off any sugar or sour powder on the outside. Instead you have a great shinny surface that almost looks like it’s made of glass. The flavour does have that standard peach flavour that tastes not really like a real peach, but for some reason you can easily associate it with a real peach. There is a hint of sour in the liquid centre which is nice, but I feel like I could have used a lot more liquid in most of these. I say most of these because it felt (and kind of looked) like each pocket of liquid was a different size. This meant that some had an okay little burst of liquid while others felt like there was almost no liquid at all.

While the sour liquid centre could be better, these gummies are still fine, and Amos has proven once again that they know how to make interesting gummies. They look good, taste fine and have a nice squishy texture.
